- What does the set-up fee cover?
- Connecting your inventory system and storefronts, matching your catalogue across them, setting up your competitors and suppliers, and a walkthrough for your team. Enterprise set-up is scoped with you.
- Can I start with one module and add more later?
- Yes. Start with the modules you need; when you add enough of them, we’ll move you to the Retailer plan if it costs less.
- Will it change anything on my website without asking?
- No. Price changes, new content, images and posts wait for someone on your team to approve them, and you choose which systems it may write to at all.
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- It stops. Nothing is charged. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you continue, then deleted.
- Are prices in Australian dollars?
- Yes, in AUD and excluding GST. Monthly billing is available at 20% more than annual.
