Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Flightdeck One collects, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • When you contact us, start a trial or run a price check: your name, business name, email address, website and what you tell us.
  • When you use the platform: your account details, your team members’ names and emails, and a record of actions taken (for example, who approved a price change).
  • To protect our forms: a one-way scrambled version of your internet address, used to limit repeated requests. We don’t keep the address itself.

Why we use it

  • To provide the trial, price check and service, and to send you the emails that go with them (for example, your report link or a note that your trial is ending).
  • To reply when you ask about the service, and to follow up about your trial or price check. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To keep the platform secure and working.

We don’t sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of the platform for us: hosting and databases (Vercel, Supabase), background processing (Inngest), email delivery (Resend), bot protection (Cloudflare) and AI writing (Anthropic). Some of them store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Trial accounts are deleted 30 days after the trial ends unless you continue. Price check reports and enquiries are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Clients’ data is kept for as long as their agreement says.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. To do so, or to make a complaint, email the email address on our website. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
