Trial and free price check terms

These terms cover Flightdeck One’s free 30-day trial and free price check. Paid accounts are covered by the agreement we sign with you.

The trial

• The trial is free for 30 days and needs no payment details. It ends on its own; nothing is charged.
• It’s for businesses evaluating Flightdeck One. One trial per business.
• It has limits: 250 products, 5 competitor stores checked weekly, 2 supplier price lists and 10 content pieces, plus a cap on the processing it uses.
• It’s read-only. It doesn’t connect to or change your website, inventory system or other software.
• When the trial ends, your data is kept for 30 days in case you continue, then deleted.

Competitor and supplier websites

• Flightdeck One reads public product pages only. It follows each website’s robots.txt instructions and doesn’t read sites that block automated readers.
• Add only websites you have a legitimate business reason to compare against, such as competitors and your suppliers.
• Prices are shown as they appeared when read. Check before acting on them; they’re for information, not advice.

Your content

• Your catalogue and anything you upload stay yours. We use them only to provide the service to you.
• Content written in the studio is drafted by AI from your products. Review it before you publish it; you’re responsible for what you publish.

Fair use

Don’t use the trial or price check to overload websites, collect personal information, or for anything unlawful. We may end a trial or refuse a price check that looks like misuse.

Liability

The trial and price check are provided free and as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
